John and his team worked on a refurbishment of my Victorian 3 bedroom house. It was an extremely busy time for me and John was fully supportive in making the refurbishment a pain free as possible by managing his team so well. The team are also great tradespeople, the work that they completed was outstanding and my house was finished to perfection. They have created a modern look for my bathroom which is absolutely gorgeous. I would totally recommend the team to others needing this kind of work.

Simply the best builders to work with. the builders were clean and tidy and punctual. they kept me updated with everything but it simply could not be done without johns input. things would not have turned out to be the same. his design and what he saved me on products was phenomenal. I simply would not use another builder. I have given john a spare key for my property should I need him to open and do the job without me being there. trustworthy and honest. these are now my builders for life.

When my husband and I decided to renovate we didn't have much design in mind and were struggling with how best to utilise the space we had. John Makkar came on board with the idea of opening up the space between the dining and kitchen area and having an open plan living space. The project involved a complete renovation and reconstruction of the extension from ground up. My husband and I both work Monday to Friday in the City and were very worried about how we will manage the build. A blessing as John Makkar

Great job from design to installation. Highest standard of workmanship. Make sure you understand the quote what it includes so no confusion down the line. Go over design, tiles materials before everyone starts so there are no errors and everyone knows what the end result will be. I am thrilled with my bathroom. Thanks to the great team.

John came up with a great design for our bathroom no one else thought of. Had a couple of glitches but John made sure things wete put right quickly & stayed true to the warranty. In all we love our new shower room and its a major improvement on what we had before.

I had a really damp wall from a previous faulty shower fitting and questionable pipe work. J &M marketing answered my request promptly and quoted with a detailed 3Description plan. The fittings and fixtures, of very good quality keeping within budget. The work team were on time every day and kept within the time frame specified. I'm absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend J & M Marketing for their outstanding work.

I would highly recommend John and his team for a bathroom refurbish. John spent a lot of time with me beforehand to choose the right design and products, a service that no one else offered. His guys were really professional, trustworthy and tidy. We are really happy with the new bathroom and would defiantly hire John again.

John designed a spacious bathroom from space we thought was impossible to use. From the beginning-picking our products over a cup of tea at his home, to the precise tiling, the in-budget, on time project, our expectations were exceeded. The builders are polite, trustworthy and we never had issues leaving them keys for 3 weeks. We hardly noticed the project as the team took such care in minimising any mess in the house. We highly recommend John and his team for bathroom projects!
